When you notice there is something getting in the way of living their best life, remember that the “obstacle is the way”. This means that the way to the life you want is through this difficulty, which can become an entryway into more of what you want. At Love This Therapy, I am here to help you move through obstacles until they become the way towards your best life. My goal as a therapist is to help people live a more balanced and connected life. I’m in my element as I create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental counselling environment at Love This Therapy, where people can explore the complexities of their lives. I work from a holistic lens to support any issues that arise.
