At Love This Therapy, we believe that brokenness is its own kind of beauty. Our counsellors take inspiration from Kintsugi art, where broken pottery is mended with gold and made more beautiful. The process of wise and loving repair makes the break valuable. We integrate acceptance-based therapeutic practices in order to facilitate change and repair in people’s lives.
