I completed my MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Lakehead University in Ontario, and BS (Honours) in Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan University in New York. I attended my clinical residency year at Northwestern Ontario Residency Psychology Internship Consortium, working with children and adults in private practice and community health settings, conducting psychological assessments and therapy.
My clinical practice encompasses psychological assessments for individuals of all ages. I am passionate about using a strength-based approach to assess neurodevelopmental conditions, ensuring needs are understood while also highlighting the individual’s strengths.
For child therapy, I have experience working with school-age children with a wide range of psychological and neurodevelopmental concerns. I incorporate child-friendly protocols, skills, and play, such as for anxiety or emotion regulation.
For adult therapy, I provide neurodiversity-affirming treatment for adults interested in evidence-based approaches to anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and emotion regulation. I have training and experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, mindfulness, DBT skills, and executive functioning skills coaching.

Psychodiagnostic: Mental Health Disorders including mood and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma disorders, conduct disorder, substance-related and addictive disorders, somatic symptom disorders, dissociative disorders
