Christina Hope Norberg was destined to become a therapist with a middle name like Hope. She is trained as a clinical counsellor, art therapist, and has been a professional visual artist for almost 20 years. As a mental health therapist, she is authentic, warm, open-minded, and curious. From ages 5+ through to the elder years, Christina works collaboratively with clients in every stage of life, at the right pace and implementing the right modality that works best for you.
Sessions can involve talk therapy, art therapy, or a combination of the two, depending on what feels right for you. One of the unique aspects of art therapy is that it is largely non-verbal and an incredible amount of healing can occur on a deep level without having to use words. No artistic experience is necessary for this to happen.
More than just work: Christina is a parent to a young adult and an adolescent in high school. Besides enjoying time with her children, she loves to dance, ride her bicycle, and kayak.
