I provide Child‑Centered Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy for children, and relational, attuned counselling for teens. Children often express their worries, fears, and confusion through behavior from aggression to withdrawal. For teens, I offer relational counselling grounded in emotional safety and attunement. Adolescents need a space where they feel understood, not judged. I support teens with identity development, emotional regulation, school stress, relationships, anxiety, and trauma, helping them make sense of the thoughts and feelings shaping their daily lives.
For children and teens, I offer relational counselling grounded in emotional safety, attunement, and collaboration. Adolescents often need a space where they feel understood rather than judged. Together, we explore identity, stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, and the challenges of growing up.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and developmentally informed. With the support of caregivers, therapy helps young people ease fears, heal emotional wounds, strengthen resilience, and feel more confident navigating their world
