Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC)

"We must feel it to heal it"

What problem do you strive to overcome?

Problem: People sometimes feel they are alone and no one understands what they’re going through. They might just ‘push through’, try things that work for others unsuccessfully, or find things they like that they can’t keep up anymore. These efforts can leave anyone feeling stuck, tired, and looking for change.

Solution: I use an approach that is holistic, practical, and strengths-focused to honour individuals’ unique experiences, needs, and hopes for therapy.

Result: I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship of understanding, possibility, and direction to best support clients wherever they are in their mental health journey.

Favourite Quote

“…I shall be telling this with a sigh,

Somewhere ages and ages hence:

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.”

—excerpt from Robert Frost’s poem, The Road Not Taken

  1. I used to play varsity soccer at UBC and have since transitioned into running and strength training – sport and exercise have been integral in learning about myself and celebrating my mind and body every day.
  2. I love animals (especially my two cats), travelling, and being in nature.
  3. I can say the alphabet backwards fairly quickly!
