Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT challenges and changes unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviours, improves emotional regulation, and develops personal coping strategies, targeting current problems and symptoms.

Behavioral Therapy

Behavioural Therapy is a treatment approach that helps to replace harmful or destructive behaviours with positive ones, using conditioning techniques. It’s often used for conditions like phobias, addiction, and anxiety.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy employs creative techniques such as drawing, painting, or sculpting to help individuals express emotions and address emotional issues or traumas, fostering self-awareness and healing.
